FallSafety collects user names and phone numbers. FallSafety also collects contact information for emergency contacts which are provided by users, which may include emails, phone numbers, and names. Emergency contacts may request that their contact information be removed by sending an email to (FallSafety may inform the user before removing an emergency contact).


FallSafety automatically records information (“Log Data”) created by your use of FallSafety. The Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, mobile carrier, etc.


FallSafety uses Cookies to collect website usage data to improve FallSafety. Cookies are small data files transferred to your computer or smart device. Most Internet browsers automatically accept cookies. You can select within your browser to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from a websites you visit.


FallSafety will not share identifying or personal information such as your phone number, with third parties, except as listed here. FallSafety may share your information to emergency contacts you list or to other users to whom you are connected, such as, for example, members of an organization to which you have connected your FallSafety account. Your location information may be shared with others as explained below, and FallSafety may share your identifying information, and identifying information of your emergency contacts, to perform services that help enable the FallSafety services. FallSafety broadcasts user location information for the purpose of locating a user when a warning alarm is not deactivated by the user, so that the user’s emergency contacts can locate the user.


If FallSafety, or substantially all of its assets are acquired, the maintenance of all collected personal information may be transferred to the acquiring party, provided that the acquiring party implement a privacy and security policy at least as restrictive and secure as FallSafety’s present policy in relation to personal information.


FallSafety is committed to user privacy. However, no data transmission is completely secure. FallSafety does not warrant the security of any information submitted to FallSafety. You agree to use FallSafety at your own risk. You also agree that FallSafety is not liable to you, or any other party, if a security breach occurs, if FallSafety malfunctions, or if information is misused/mismanaged to your detriment or the detriment of a third party, whether by FallSafety, or an unauthorized third party.


FallSafety assigns a security code for use in verifying your identity, and for use in accessing website services.


FallSafety may use third party services that may collect user information to help provide FallSafety services. These services include, for example, Crashlytics, geolocation services, Google Analytics, YouTube, New Relic, and more. These services may collect information sent by your browser such as cookies or your IP request.
