FallSafety collects user names and phone numbers. FallSafety also collects contact information for emergency contacts which are provided by users, which may include emails, phone numbers, and names. Emergency contacts may request that their contact information be removed by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org (FallSafety may inform the user before removing an emergency contact).
FallSafety automatically records information (“Log Data”) created by your use of FallSafety. The Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, mobile carrier, etc.
FallSafety will not share identifying or personal information such as your phone number, with third parties, except as listed here. FallSafety may share your information to emergency contacts you list or to other users to whom you are connected, such as, for example, members of an organization to which you have connected your FallSafety account. Your location information may be shared with others as explained below, and FallSafety may share your identifying information, and identifying information of your emergency contacts, to perform services that help enable the FallSafety services. FallSafety broadcasts user location information for the purpose of locating a user when a warning alarm is not deactivated by the user, so that the user’s emergency contacts can locate the user.
